Directions

from the M5 and Exeter follow signs to Torquay. On the approach to Torquay follow sign for town centre, then sign for Ellacombe, turn right at mini roundabout next to coach station and follow Lymington Rd. Turn left up St Marychurch Rd, then turn right at next mini roundabout to Hatfield Rd, then take 3rd turning on the right into Victoria Rd - congatulations you made it !!
